In the wake of the fourth session of the open-ended intergovernmental working group (OEIGWG) that will take place from 15-19 October 2018 in Geneva, ECCJ explains its position on the Zero Draft for an “international legally binding instrument to regulate, in international human rights law, the activities of transnational corporations and other business enterprises” (“UN Treaty”).
