Google did not respond to letter calling on social media platforms to strengthen their human rights due diligence

On 18 April 2022, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Google to respond to a letter from more than 30 leading human rights organizations calling on Google and other social media platforms to strengthen their human rights due diligence and address structural inequalities in how they treat different countries in crisis situations. The company did not respond.
