Myanmar: Garment workers denied medical leave & face mandatory overtime at factory; incl. co. responses

In July 2023, it was reported that workers at Hengrun Myanmar garment factory faced a series of violations, including mandatory overtime, denial of leave even if workers are unwell, and no access to medication at the factory.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Blue Wave, LPP S.A. (for its brand House) and Next to respond. The responses can be found below.
