Norlan Ulices Laguna Sánchez, Miguel Ángel Laguna Sánchez, Rafael Ángel Penado Salazar, Bernardo Laguna Vega, Juan Mauricio Rugama Meza, Olman Onel Salazar Umanzor and José Denis Flores Valverde face criminal charges following a protest against mining activities in "La India" mine which were reportedly causing disturbances in the area. They were accused by Condor Gold of allegedly damaging a platform, and were labelled "anti-mine leaders". Condor Gold responded to the allegations.
