This is the 3rd Update on the ICJ Complicity Project. The project was launched at the start of 2006 and involves the establishment of an Expert Legal Panel comprised of eight eminent lawyers tasked with developing the legal and public policy meaning of corporate complicity in serious violations of international human rights and humanitarian law...At the [October consultation in Geneva]...the Panel spoke with key groups including: business representatives, NGOs, international lawyers and trade union representatives.
