Response from NCTUE to allegations that it enables surveillance in American Dragnet report

National Consumer Telecom & Utilities Exchange, Inc. (NCTUE) response to the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre:

"The Georgetown Law Center on Privacy & Technology paper is based on incomplete information. Effective October 2021, neither U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement nor any other law enforcement agency can receive National Consumer Telecom & Utilities Exchange, Inc. (NCTUE) Header Data without a warrant, subpoena, or other legal process. NCTUE Header Data is not being sold by Equifax to any third-party resellers for further use other than purposes covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act."
