BHRC invited Rio Tinto to respond to allegations of conflict around the use of a communal road to transport brine from Fenix (Salar del Hombre Muerto) mine in Argentina. Communities complain of putting at risk the life of local fauna and their sacred site. Rio Tinto responded.
