Court-Ordered Inspections Conclude In Ecuador Chevron Case

The judicial inspections in a lawsuit in Ecuador against Chevron...have concluded, presiding Judge Juan Nunez [said]...Plaintiffs representing indigenous people...alleged that Texaco failed to clean up toxic wastewater in the area and that the company used out-of-date technology that led to environmental damage.
