We are all fighting the same battle, each at our level. We have always insisted on open communication and constructive cooperation with all our social partners, and we will continue doing this. We comply with the law to do business in all regions we are active; we expect the same from our stakeholders. As this is still an ongoing case, we must let the court do its work. It is not up to us to comment on the decisions of judges or to command or pressure the judiciary, nor is it our role to comment on Malagasy law.
