We take all reports seriously, viewing them as indicators of the effectiveness of our grievance mechanisms. Each incoming report is carefully analyzed to determine whether there is a potential business relationship and connection to BASF. When allegations appear substantial, specific, and credible, and there is a connection to BASF, we take active steps to address them. In such cases, we reach out to our direct business partners, ask for their assessment and to address the issues, while we follow up on the remediation plans if required.
