Our company complies with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act of Japan as well as the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
In addition, we have established our own company policy for export control, which is more stringent, to ensure appropriate export security control.
Regarding this matter, we have no record of transactions with the concerned party. Furthermore, since the enforcement of export restrictions to Russia under the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, we have strictly adhered to the regulations and, based on our own judgment, have suspended the sale of our products and parts as well as the provision of after-sales services.
