The report was jointly produced by Owls Consulting Group, which has extensive experience in supporting corporate human rights initiatives; Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, which works directly in the field to tackle challenges where child labour occurs; and ACE, an NGO dedicated to the elimination and prevention of child labour. Drawing on international statistics and a wide range of domestic and overseas reports and publicly available information, the white paper offers an integrated analysis of the current state of child labour and efforts to eradicate it.
