The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Mingalar Aviation to respond to the JFM report alleging that the company is “one of the principal suppliers to the Myanmar military” of Avions de Transport Regional (ATR) aircraft through the “procurement and leasing of five ATR aircraft”.

Mingalar Aviation did not respond.
