VF regularly adjusts our global supply chain capabilities to enable the manufacture of products demanded by consumers. Recently, this adjustment has caused the cessation of orders with LeCrown Shoes Industries, a factory located in Cambodia.

..., VF remains in close collaboration with LeCrown management and the Cambodian Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MOLVT) to assure proper notice and legally required severance payments are provided to impacted workers. Following our Responsible Exit Guidelines, relevant union leaders and shop stewards have been informed and are involved in this process.
