Brazil: Fishermen and residents send letter to shareholders of ThyssenKrupp demanding justice for violations of the right to health, housing & environment; it includes company comments

The Centre invited ThyssenKrupp to respond to allegations of human rights abuses in Brazil and Mozambique. In this story, there are two items in Portuguese about allegations against the company for violating the right to health, housing, environment, among others, of fishing communities and residents in Sepetiba Bay and Santa Cruz, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. One of the items is a letter that was delivered to ThyssenKrupp shareholders on January 29, 2016, during their meeting in Bochum, Germany. The other article is about the meeting itself. According to the communities, the company has been operating without environmental license, through an agreement that will expire in April 2016. The company aims to obtain a definitive environmental license.  The response by the company is in German.
