Edward Adeti is the Starr FM’s correspondent in Ghana. Edward Adeti experienced pressure to keep under wraps an investigative story about the Upper East Regional Supervising High Court Judge, Justice Jacob Boon, and officials of the Shaanxi Mining Ghana Limited - he was subjected to a series of threats, including to his life, after his work resulted in the resignation of a Minister of State, Rockson Ayine Bukari. The Minister resigned after a tape emerged of his failed attempt to intervene with Adeti on behalf of the mining company and the judge.
