In August 2024, it was reported that workers at Glamour Garment are facing a series of violations, including workers working 15 hours a day without a day off and forced to work overnight, impacting their health incl. workers feeling on the verge of fainting due to sleep deprivation, harassment and discrimination if they refuse overtime, denial of social security benefits incl. leave, even in the event of sickness or an emergency, workers charged if they miss a day of work, workers’ phones confiscated without their consent when they enter the workplace and the Workplace Coordination Committee being selected by the employer.

In December 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Rosa Clara to respond. It did not.
