...An employee of the contractor San Martín, which works for the mining company Shougang Hierro Perú de Marcona, in the Ica region, died on Thursday, June 25, due to the effects of the COVID-19 without having been properly assisted... This is the engineer Javier Jesús Yanayaco Atencio, 60 years old. His co-workers reported that several days ago he presented symptoms but was not assisted until he became seriously ill and was transferred without complying with any protocol by the Marcona health Insurance service. He was taken by bus and wrapped in a blanket and died an hour later. According to the Marcona live website, he had had previously contact with 100 people...
