While certain Hyatt subsidiaries have existing business relationships with Juniper Hotels, including a non-controlling ownership interest, Hyatt has not entered into any agreement to brand or operate the proposed hotel project at Inglay Pathar/Hathikuli near Kaziranga National Park.
