In the city of Gai, Orenburg Region, a court considered a lawsuit filed by a local resident against PJSC Gaisky Mining and Processing Plant (GOK) seeking compensation for moral damages caused by workplace accidents.

It was established that the 40-year-old employee sustained injuries while performing his job duties. The first accident occurred in August 2022, and the second in May 2025. As a result, the man suffered health damage, and his loss of professional working capacity was assessed at 30%.
