Serbia: Journalists attacked while reporting on environmental pollution related to mining project; Ciklomen did not respond

In June 2022, journalists from the Bulgarian National Television (BNT) was reportedly attacked while reporting on environmental pollution in Bosilegrad, Serbia. The team of the investigative programme "Traces Remain" including journalist Bogdana Lazarova, cameramen Dimitar Slavov and Nikolai Andreev and technician Robert Vetsov was reporting on pollution at a border mine, Bosil Metal, owned by Ciklomen. We reached out to Ciklomen for a response; the company did not respond.
