“Some well-known banks probably hope that if they continue to work in Moscow, the terrorist state will take huge loans from them to pay reparations to Ukraine,” NACP said in a Telegram post.

“NACP has put the Austrian banking group Raiffeisen Bank International on the list of international sponsors of war over the continuation of the bank’s work in Russia and the official recognition of the so-called ‘DPR’ and ‘LPR’ through its representative office in the Russian Federation.”

According to NACP, the bank contributed almost five times more funds to the Russian budget in 2022 against 2021, namely EUR 559 million, which is “equal to the cost of about 95 Kalibr missiles.”

Meanwhile, the National Bank of Ukraine sees no signs of Raiffeisen preparing to leave the Russian market...
