The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAPC) created a list of international war sponsors which includes foreign companies that, despite the international recognition of Russia as the aggressor state and the introduced sanctions restrictions, continue to cooperate with it.

As the authors of the list mention, among the priority sanction targets are those companies that provide the public and private sector with goods and services of critical purpose, as well as contribute to the Russian budget, thereby financing terrorism. The list also includes business partners or managers of foreign companies associated with sanctioned Russian oligarchs.

The list is monitored daily by the international company LSEG, owners of Refinitiv, for any possible addition of further entities. The listed entities will be included into the World-Check database as appropriate in order to protect financial sector from accomplices of Russian war.

As of today, NAPC has recognised 47 international companies sponsors of war, among which Leroy Merlin, OpenWay Group, Danieli, eKassir, Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry, Bonduelle, Procter & Gamble, Comnav Technology Ltd., Auchan, Metro, Buzzi Unicem, Yves Rocher, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, SLB (former Schlumberger), Xiaomi, Great Wall Motor, Mondelez International, CK Birla Group, Hikvision, Kerui Group, Dahua Technology, Geely, Unilever, DP World, Bacardi, AliBaba, Japan Tobacco, Philip Morris International, PepsiCo, Mars, Şişecam, Spinner, DMG Mori, Sinopec, CNOOC Group, China National Petroleum Corporation, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), Camozzi Group, Nestlé, Bolero, Rockwool, Knauf, Fluxys, Shandong Odes, Viciunai Group, Subway and Barry Callebaut.
