ANA takes this matter very seriously. While ANA is not in a position to intervene in labor disputes between FFG and its employees, we are committed to ensuring a safe working environment throughout our supply chain.

As part of our supply chain human rights due diligence initiatives, we are in active dialogue with FFG regarding their workplace conditions,in collaboration with a third-party organization. In accordance with our corporate standards, we will continue to urge FFG to ensure the UNGPs and legal compliance, maintain a safe working environment, and engage in good-faith dialogue with the rights-holders.
