Japan Airlines' response re allegations against Flying Food Group

As stated in our response dated 16 March, 2026, we have continued our ongoing dialogue with FFG and regular monitoring of the situation in accordance with the JAL Group Supplier Code of Conduct.

Should we identify any facts that are found to be in violation of our Code of Conduct, we will strongly request that FFG take the necessary corrective actions.

We intend to continue our dialogue with FFG going forward, and our position regarding this matter remains unchanged.
