$1.5 million plan chalked out for elimination of child labour [Pakistan]

Punjab Minister for Law and Human Rights, Dr Khalid Ranjha, has said that a plan with the technical assistance of $1.5 million funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) has been chalked out to combat the menace of child labour. Talking to a delegation of voluntary welfare organisation here on Wednesday, he stated that this amount would be spent on implementation of laws relating to elimination of child labour and effectively carrying out the `National Policy and Plan of Action'.
