Albertson's under fire from EEOC [USA]

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has sued the Albertson's Inc. grocery chain for harassment against black and Hispanic workers at a metro Denver distribution center... Over the past decade, Albertson's "failed to respond to countless drawings and paintings of swastikas, nooses and other threats of violence against black and Hispanic employees" at its Aurora distribution center, the EEOC said in a statement.
