European Parliamentarians (MEPs) may seek a freeze on both European Union (EU) aid to Chad and loans to the controversial Chad-Cameroon Oil and Pipeline Project over allegations the government engaged in electoral fraud, human rights abuses and the misallocation of funds earmarked for the pipeline's completion.
