Asia: the highest number of trade union rights violations

From fierce repression to restrictive legal barriers...the ICFTU reports on 33 Asian countries where trade union rights are violated, eight more than last year. Brutality, harassment, imprisonment, detention, arrest...according to the Survey, there were more violations of trade union rights in Asian than in any other continent in 2000.
