Bahrain: Hospitality union welcomes employer-employee talks to secure unpaid wages for hotel workers

Assistant under-secretary for labour affairs Ahmed Al Hayki will today meet representatives of four-star hotels and employees to discuss claims of unpaid wages. Hospitality Workers Trade Union president Suad Mohammed said the meeting is a positive step towards resolving the issue. She said the meeting will focus on the importance of providing the workers with food and accommodation and paying their wages for three months, reports our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej.
