Developers say attack on staff won't scare them off - Firm plans legal action, says boss - Gulf Electric Plc, developer of the Bo Nok coal-fired power plant in Prachuap Khiri Khan, says an attack on its staff will not persuade it to pull out. Villagers who attacked its employees and a marine biologist last weekend had infringed on their human rights and legal action would be taken.
