Call for input: EU Commission study on regulatory options for mandatory human rights due diligence

The British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) in a consortium with Civic Consulting and LSE Consulting are conducting a study for the European Commission on regulatory options to require business to undertake due diligence for human rights and environmental impacts in own operations and the supply chain. They are currently seeking input from stakeholders including companies to identify current practices and likely impacts of regulatory options on business and other stakeholders.

The findings of the survey will be anonymous. The survey should take around 35 to 45 minutes on average to complete, and will be open until Friday 26 April 2019.

Companies should click here to take part, all other stakeholders (including industry and business associations) here. More information on the study is available below.
