Chile store to withdraw ad campaign showing torture

A Chilean department store chain will withdraw advertisements that show young adults with hoods on their heads and wrists bound hanging from the ceiling by their legs, after human rights groups complained...Amnesty International said...that Ripley...one of Chile's biggest department store chains, responded to its complaints and agreed to end the campaign...A spokeswoman for Ripley contacted by Reuters did not immediately comment...Amnesty noted that many Chileans are still seeking information about what happened to family members who were tortured and disappeared.
