Leaders of a civil rights group have decided not to pursue a threatened boycott against the city [New Orleans]...if authorities did not take seriously the idea that racism was part of the reason [black tourist] Levon Jones died in a fight with three white bouncers...outside Razzoo Bar and Patio club in the French Quarter...Bar owners have denied the racism accusations. They say Jones and a friend started the scuffle by assaulting staff.
