PT Rimau Multi Investama (RMI) is a holding company based in Indonesia. It is known as the controlling shareholder (previously holding more than 75% of shares) in PT Rimau Multi Putra Pratama Tbk (CMPP), which is now known as PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk. RMI has played an important role in the corporate structure of the Rimau Group, which previously focused on coal mining and shipping before transforming into the aviation business.
PT Rimau Multi Investama is a co-owner of PT Rimau New World, a joint venture established with PT New World Nikel. As of 2023, Huayou holds a 70% stake in PT Indonesia Pomalaa Industrial Park (IPIP) through its subsidiary Huaxing Nickel, while the remaining 30% is held by PT Rimau New World.
