CooperAcción presents a report on the impacts of mining companies on human rights in the Southern Andean Mining Corridor

The report presented by CooperAcción shares results that are not encouraging, since the companies MMG Las Bambas and Glencore Antapaccay operate in a context of constant violation of human rights and the rights of indigenous peoples... In the case of Glencore, there is a situation of violation of rights, In the case of MMGs’ Las Bambas the daily transport of mineral concentrates along the road generates impacts in the air, in the water, as well as tremors and cracks in the houses located on the contours of this road....
