Employees file discrimination suit against Blue Ash company [US]

An Ohio business is facing a discrimination lawsuit...Anthony Younger and his former co-worker, Lee Gillett, filed a federal lawsuit against Ingersoll-Rand..., describing in the suit an environment of racial slurs, death threats and vandalism. Younger has worked at the company’s steel craft manufacturing facility in Blue Ash for 12 years. Patricia Blackburn, vice president of corporate communications for Ingersoll-Rand, released a statement saying the company will defend itself against “the baseless claims.”
