Shocking new evidence is revealed today by the Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA) documenting the thriving illegal trade in ozone-depleting substances (ODS) into India from Nepal and Bangladesh as part of a wider international trade. This is undermining India's efforts to control the trade and phase-out its own production of these harmful chemicals in accordance with the global effort to eliminate ODS under the Montreal Protocol.
