"Gender equality global report and ranking," 4 October 2018

The Top 200 companies are responding to the challenge posed by the powerful advocacy campaigns and the growing awareness of the economic injustice facing women... This year the highest scoring companies in the world have increased their grade to a B+ from a B in 2017, with the highest ranking companies now scoring 71% of the maximum points, up from 63% last year. The average score of all companies in the Top 200 is up from 50% last year, to 53% this year. We are also seeing a better gender balance in board and senior executive teams.
