Government lawyers call last witness in Grace trial [USA]

After more than two months of testimony and evidence in the W.R. Grace & Co. trial, government prosecutors on Monday called their final witness, but won't rest their environmental crimes case until a federal judge rules on several pending legal motions... U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy...has scheduled a motions hearing for next Monday, and defense lawyers will argue why the charges against Grace should be dismissed.
