Finnfund does not duly assess even the overall impacts in sectors which Finnfund favors...

Thus, as far as Finnfund really has made human rights impact assessments which are particularly necessary in projects located in the areas where indigenous people live and has ’all information relevant to the possible human rights impact of the project’, such knowledge on human rights impacts can not be a business secret. It should be publicly and transparently available for all those whose rights are affected, to be reviewed by them...
