The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre is at a critical point in its development. Our digital platform is home to a wealth of information on business and human rights, but hasn’t had a visual refresh for a number of years.

We will soon be updating the site to improve its usability and better serve the thousands of people that use our site to support their work.

Membership Services Manager at Ethical Trading Initiative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed Membership Services Manager to join our small but dedicated team, supporting existing ETI members and helping new members find their way to trading ethically.

This is a diverse and highly developmental role, focusing on providing guidance and challenge to companies in support of workers’ rights worldwide. As a primary point of contact for members, this role is crucial to fostering and maintaining strong relationships, supporting them in their ethical trade work and providing constructive advice and feedback on strategies and reports. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and able to work under their own initiative.

Applicants should have

  • a strong knowledge of and interest in International Labour standards
  • sound understanding of international supply chains in particular auditing
  • experience of report analysis and writing
  • a track record in developing business/client relationships.

Contract: maternity cover, 9 to 12 months, full time 37.5 hours a week

Location: London, UK

Salary: £33,000 plus benefits
