Judge: Tyson Foods immigration case going to jury [USA]

A Tyson personnel manager Thursday disputed earlier testimony, saying there was no 9-year-old working at a Missouri poultry plant. Ahrazue Wilt, the company's complex human resources manager in Sedalia, agreed with earlier testimony that a 14-year-old Hispanic worker was injured on the job at the plant. Wilt said a subsequent U.S. Department of Labor investigation found "about five" underage workers.
