Large Ukrainian companies will not cut Corporate Social Responsibility programs

[Original article in Russian; title translation, and following summary of the article's key points, provided by Business & Human Rights Resource Centre] Large Ukrainian companies with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and some experience of implementing them will not cut their programs because of the financial crisis. These are the results of a survey of 20 leading companies in Ukraine, conducted by the Centre for CSR Development at the end of 2008. “METRO, British American Tobacco, DTEK, Tetra Pak will continue their partnership programs”, said Marina Saprykina, Executive Director of the Centre for CSR Development.
