印尼、巴布亚新几内亚:“一带一路”企业对员工管控严密 中国劳工的漫长归家路

中国“一带一路”企业对员工的严密管控,不仅限于印尼。在巴布亚新几内亚,来自中国东北的罗一峰(化名)忿忿不平地向德国之声表示:“领导们都回得去,怎麽我们都回不去?”

罗一峰任职的瑞木镍钴公司是巴布亚新几内亚最大的中资公司之一,是一带一路的重点项目、也是中国企业在境外最大的镍钴矿投资项目。根据罗一峰说法,该公司一样也扣留了工人的护照,许多人即便合同到期了也滞留当地。

“我们这里大约有600多个中国工人吧。去年一年才回去了几十个人,”罗一峰说。在中国要求公民只能直飞回国、不得转机后,要从巴布亚新几内亚回中国,就只能先到第三国隔离检疫才能登机。

“现在从其他地方中转再回国,可能要花上7万人民币(约10,955美元),”他说,“但公司不会理你的,必须自费。”

德国之声向德龙公司以及中国驻印尼大使馆联系,但没有得到回复。德国之声也多次致电瑞木公司于巴布亚新几内亚的办公室,对方也并未接听。[...]
