多地沃尔玛员工罢工 因标准工时改为按小时计薪

[7月初],沃尔玛南昌、成都、重庆、深圳、哈尔滨多地门店出现基层员工维权现象,其原因是沃尔玛于2016年5月推行的一项“综合工时”工作制度。自1996年进入中国以来,沃尔玛在中国一直采用的是标准工时制,全职工每天工作8小时,每周工作5天,每周40小时。在今年5月改为“综合工时”制度之后,全职员工每天工作4-11小时,每周工作3-6天,每周20-66小时,每月平均标准工时为174小时、加班工时不超过36小时。沃尔玛中国区负责人…表示,新工时制不会影响收入…[然而],沃尔玛员工认为,新规则可能导致工作时间安排不稳定,变相减少人工成本,而且单方面实施新工时制度让他们处于被动…为表达对综合工时制的不满…多地门店的员工停工维权…
