日本:コマツ、女性管理職を来年度5%へ-リケジョ採用拡大

コマツは2015年度に女性管理職の比率を現行の3・6%から5%程度に引き上げる。仕事と育児の両立をサポートする仕組みを充実させ、14年度は在宅勤務制度を導入するなど女性が働きやすい環境を整備。理系を専攻する女子学生「リケジョ」の採用と並行して女性の登用を進める。適材適所を基本に多様な人材を活用し、競争力強化につなげる。
 コマツは07年に労使参加のプロジェクトチームを立ち上げ「らくらく子育てプログラム」と呼ぶ施策を導入し、休業・短時間制度の拡充や保育園費用の補助などに取り組んでいる。
 政府が推奨する「3年の育児休業」はすでに実施している。休業を取得した社員のほぼ全員が復職している。多くの社員が1年で復職しており、これは子供を保育園に早い段階で入園させないと、待機児童になってしまう現状があるからだという。
