日本:同一賃金 政府指針案、道筋見えず 企業側の裁量大きく

政府が20日公表した同一労働同一賃金ガイドライン(指針)案は、非正規労働者への賞与支給を促すなど非正規労働者の待遇改善に向け前進したと言える。ただ、わずか十数ページの指針案で明確に判断できる事例は限られる。企業側の裁量の余地はなお大きく、「同一賃金」への道筋は見えない。
