日本:女性管理職、20年に3倍 トヨタ系各社で目標広がる

トヨタ自動車系部品大手のアイシン精機は、課長級以上の女性管理職の人数を、2020年に現在の3倍に増やす目標を設ける方針を固めた。同様の目標を豊田自動織機も決めたほか、トヨタやデンソーもすでに公表しており、「20年に3倍」の目標がトヨタグループ内に広がっている。

 アイシン精機は、いま22人いる課長級以上の女性管理職を約60人に、豊田自動織機も25人を約75人にそれぞれ増やす方針。両社とも、出産後も女性社員が仕事を続けやすくするなどの対策の検討を進めている。…
