日本:過労死ライン超の残業協定 経団連会長・副会長企業の94%

労働者に時間外労働をさせる際に結ぶ労使協定(三六(さぶろく)協定)について、経団連の会長・副会長企業17社のうち16社(94%)で、脳、心臓疾患で労災認定される目安となる月80時間の「過労死ライン」を超えていることが、分かりました。本紙が経団連役員企業の協定書について、各地の労働局に情報開示請求したものです。

17社・35事業所の「三六協定」を調査。1カ月の協定で最長が東日本電信電話(NTT東日本)の150時間でした。また、月100時間以上とした企業は8社でした。
